Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the DYMOL API ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DYMOL provides backend APIs for game developers, including reactions, promo codes, counters, telemetry, and related analytics. The Service is provided "as-is" and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share them publicly.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys.
- You must not use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or distribution of malware.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws for the player data you submit.
4. API Usage Limits
Your usage of the Service is subject to the limits defined by your plan (Hobby, Indie, or Studio). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, overage charges, or suspension of service. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block traffic that we deem excessive or abusive.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the data you submit to DYMOL. We do not claim ownership of your game data, player identifiers, or analytics. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
DYMOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. DYMOL and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or service interruption.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or remain inactive for extended periods. You may request account deletion by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, all project data will be permanently removed.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
